Fink's Salt and Sweet in N5 is looking for a full time all rounder to join the team in our busy cafe. The job will involve working 5 days a week, including 1 weekend shift as a member of a small team. You'll be looking after customers, waiting, preparing food, a bit off everything. experience in light food prep or Barista skills would be handy but not essential. A friendly attitude wins over experience.
You'll need to be tidy, organised and quick, with an interest in great food, coffee and customer service. Able to deal with the fast paced weekends, as well as the quieter weekday afternoons. The ability to prepare well, multi task and self motivate are essential. Eventually you'll be responsible for cashing up, opening/closing, preparing food etc.
New projects on the horizon mean we are looking for people who are interested in growing with us as we start our exciting next ventures.
