We are looking for a breakfast/afternoon tea Chef to join us on a full time basis. A la Carte Breakfast experience essential.
This is a 48 hrs per week role
Rabot 1745 by Hotel Chocolat is a unique restaurant with a bar, cafe and terrace overlooking the bustling Borough Market, which has the rough-with-the-smooth charms of a Saint Lucian plantation house transported to the heart of London. Alongside a dazzling array of inventive cocoa cocktails, Rabot 1745 offers a menu of contemporary dishes drawing on the best culinary traditions of the Caribbean, West Indies, and Britain, using freshly roasted cocoa as a subtle savoury Spice. Rabot 1745 brings to Londoners the cocoa-centric cuisine of its hugely successful sibling, the Boucan Restaurant, launched on our 250-year-old Rabot Estate cocoa plantation in Saint Lucia in 2011.
The ideal candidates must have experience working in a similar high profile restaurant. As you’ll need to work quickly and efficiently whilst meeting our high standards of presentation and attention to detail. You’ll need to be a team player, on the ball and enjoy a vibrant and friendly working atmosphere.
Full training will be given to make sure that you have all the knowledge that you need to be a success.
