The Bolingbroke Pub and Dining Room, a busy gastro pub on Northcote Road in Battersea, is looking for responsible and reliable full-time bartenders.
The successful candidate will have:
- minimum six months experience working in a similar environment
- knowledge of cask Ales, safe gas handling, and cellar management
- some cocktail-making experience
- a basic knowledge of wines (training is provided)
- the ability and willingness to serve tables whenever called upon to do so
Applicants must:
- be confident and friendly
- pride themselves on excellent customer service
- demonstrate a very relaxed, cheerful manner with customers
- understand the importance of being fast and focused
- be capable of communicating well with colleagues
You should also be able to speak English fluently and be available to get to and from work for early morning shifts and late evenings, both weekdays and weekends. All applicants must also be in the possession of a UK bank account, NI number and valid work permit and/or ID.
