We are a cigar and coffee merchant, roasting many of our own varieties.  We need someone that can multitask and is available to work behind the coffee area as well as behind the bar.
Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing cocktails
Producing fabulous espresso based coffees.  Our drinks taste fantastic and must look gorgeous.
Delivering exceptional customer service
Working behind the bar or on the floor
Keeping the place, and especially the bar, clean and tidy.
Serving Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Cash handling

A previous and strong cocktail and coffee making experience as a bartender / barista is required. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, well-presented and passionate about selling great coffee and food. A passion for coffee essential.   We roast all of our own varieties.  Full training in-house.
We are open 7 days a week and bank holidays (not Christmas), so flexibility and availability to work all shifts is essential.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, be able to provide two current work references and have a minimum 1 year experience in similar environments.
We offer good rates of pay, which are boosted by a full share of tips/service charge. (Increases salary up to approximately £9-10 per hour)
