About you – Are you interested in good things to eat and drink? Do you enjoy looking after a discerning drinking and dining clientèle? Are you naturally Smiley, friendly, charming, enthusiastic and proud of the way you go about your work? Are you interested in taking on more responsibility, management roles in the future?
The Atlas is part of a small Gastropub group that has been up and running for 16 years. We like being small and operating as a family rather than a corporate entity. We all know and support each other throughout the company and, consequently, promotion can occur between the pubs as well as in the one on which you work. All our managers have been promoted from within; an ethos we feel has proven to be successful over the years.
