Poilane bakery produced wood fire baked bread in the at most respect of the bakery tradition. We are passionate about bread and we are constantly looking for the best ingredients and the best production techniques.
We are looking for a flexible full part time BAKER.
39/h minimum/CONTRACT
Major tasks and responsibilities are:
-preparing starter and dough
-shaping different kind of bread
-baking bread and a pastry in fired wood oven
-taking phone calls
-helping others if need it
-cleaning the bakery
Skills and qualifications:
-at least one year of experience as a baker/pastry chefneeded
-You are serious, motivated, and hard working person
-good level of English language requaired
Training and uniform provided
