Yeast Bakery is a small, professional artisan bakery based in London Fields specialist in producing premium quality hand-made viennoiserie. We supply to numerous boutique coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and fine food stores.
We are now looking for a passionate and creative baker to join our team.
You will be working in an artisan bakery, consistently producing premium hand-made products in a fast paced environment.
We have recently expanded our product range to include bread and are beginning to produce a small range to sit alongside our high quality pastries.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a professional kitchen or bakery is required and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills:
A genuine passion for viennoiserie and traditional French bread.
Attention to detail
Works well under pressure
Is able to deliver to tight deadlines
Maintains consistently high standards
An ability to prioritise workload to ensure productivity is best utilised.
Self motivated and can work on own initiative as well as within a team.
Friendly with good interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
Night shift and weekend work will be required.
We are looking for bakers who thrive under pressure and have the skill, creativity and passion to embrace new challenges.
