The Southampton Arms is a multi award winning pub that focuses on cask Ales from small independent UK breweries.
We're a small but busy pub in Kentish town/Gospel Oak.
We are looking for an experienced person with a in depth knowledge of cask Beers, cask cellar management and all that entails.
Permanent, immediate start.
Whats required:
Cask celar experience is a must.
Previous experience as either assistant manager or supervisor.
experience with cashing up, safe ledger, opening and closing procedures.
Proven diligence in following all hygiene requirements.
You'd be confident in leading a small team, with a genuine interest in providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for customers, you'll lead from the front, whilst maintaining the business is operating smoothly and successfully.
A right to work in the UK and being able to speak fluent English is essential.
