We’re in the Top50 gastro pubs in the country, and we won best wine pub at the Great British Pub Awards 2021 and 2022 and winner of the Best Pub in Britian 2022
We are looking for high caliber staff to help us maintain our high standards.
We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff to compliment the current team. We make all our dishes on site daily and we are extremely busy. You must speak fluent English and enjoy interacting with customers. A good understanding of wine and food is essential.
You must have worked in a busy high volume environment before.
Wages are paid weekly (every Friday) into your bank account.
Service Charge is also paid weekly into your bank account. The staff keep 100% of the service charge, and since we are a busy, busy gastropub the service charge rate is extremely high. Staff food included even if you’re working a single shift.
We have a low staff turnover due to the money you can make and the nice working environment.
