As a newly opened bar in south London we are looking to expand the team and are looking for experienced bartenders.  We specialise in wine and craft beer but will soon be offering a menu of classic cocktails so some cocktail making experience would be preferable.  The successful candidates will be professional, competent and reliable but most importantly will be very friendly with an approachable nature.  Customer service should be your number one priority.  All of our customers are local and appreciate a friendly face when they visit us.  The job role will include serving customers, organising the bar and restocking whilst also maintaining very high cleaning standards.  There will be some late finishes on weekends (1am) so living nearby or having a late night transport option home is essential.  Each shift will be a minimum of 6 hours with longer shifts available if required.
