We are seeking a dynamic, motivated property administrator to assist in general office administrative duties as well as assisting in the drafting and preparation of formal property valuation reports in a busy Chartered valuation surveyors practice.
This role would suit a recent graduate in estate management looking to work towards their APC and other related property degrees or those wishing to pursue a career in a property related sector.
Duties will include telephone answering, managing property portals, assisting in marketing related work, ad hoc administration although the role will focus revolve around the drafting of specialist property valuation reports for our surveyors.
The role requires a candidate that is motivated, committed and with very high attention to detail as well as a strong command of all Microsoft office programs. experience in this sector is not essential although a genuine interest and willingness to learn and desire to offer the best possible client service is of utmost importance.
The role we have available is a full time position and the hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm or 6.00pm.
The hourly rate for this position is between £8 to £9.50 per hour dependant upon level of experience.
