Linx Training is a security training company based in Stratford, London. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking administrative assistant to help with the day to day running of the office. A forward thinking individual that can use their own initiative to assist a growing and fast paced company.
Duties include:
Answering sales and enquiry telephone calls (no cold calling required)
Record keeping, filing, managing appointments and correspondence.
Developing and maintaining efficient office systems.
Liaising with clients, partners and management.
Ideal candidate must have the following skills:
Professional and friendly telephone manner.
Highly organised to manage daily workloads and an attention to detail.
Liaise effectively with managers and clients to ensure that we are delivering a high standard of service.
Ability to work calmly under pressure, being courteous and professional at all times.
Proficient in computer applications (MS Word and Excel)

Position: Full time
Start date: as soon as possible
Salary: £14,000 – £16,000 (dependent upon experience)
