Job Title: Part time Administrative/Accounts Assistant.

Job Overview
The Part time administrative/accounts assistant will help our busy admin office (Head of Admin and Accounts) in Haggerston for two - three times a week for half day (Mon-Weds-Thursday, but this can be negotiated) with potential for an increase in the future. This job is perfect for someone who want to make their first step into accounts/finance or for a student who needs a few hours work next to the university. Work hours are probably 9:30 - 13:30, but this can be discussed.
Responsibilities
General admin assistance: scanning, printing, filing.
Handling and Sorting bookkeeping documents.
Assisting with purchasing, liaising with suppliers.
Checking prices and stock levels and creating P and As (prices and availability spreadsheets for hardware and software)
Registering hardware warranties
Assisting with license management
Booking and tracking deliveries
Ad Hock tasks, such as bank and post office trips, submitting gas and electricity meter readings, office maintenance (eg. Keeping track of fire alarm, intruder alarm, fire extinguishers servicing)
Ordering cleaning and office supplies
Data entry (quickly, precisely and accurately)
Other tasks may be added if the candidate has the right attitude and wants and capable to take on more.
