We are a vibrant bar/venue only a short walk away from Brick Lane and Shoreditch.
We cater for all genres, ranging from laid back afternoon sessions to busy nights, often supported by Live Music and Events upstairs.
We are currently seeking the following positions:
ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER (full time or part time)
BAR STAFF ( full time or part time)
We are looking for dynamic, energetic and flamboyant people who thrive in a fast paced environment, expressing a real passion for food/drinks and customer service.
We like to give all our staff an opportunity to grow within our business, so the hours could progress from part time to full time, if that is needed.
Assistant Manager Duties::
To assist the other managers with the daily running of the bar.
Open/Close
Cash ups
Cellar management
Excellent Customers Service
Taking deliveries
Stock control
Staff training
Team building
Dealing with the local authorities
Basic computer skills
Bar Staff duties:
Cash handling
Stock rotation
Excellent customer service
The perfect candidates will be fast paced and punctual with preferably at least 6 months experience in their relevant positions.
Fluent English a must, SIA licence and a personal licence would be a great advantage.
Living in close proximity to E1, would be beneficial as we have a late licence. Live in accommodation may be available.
