Renov8experts is a High End professional building company that now require a full time multi task builder to join our team of experienced tradespeople. You will be carrying out various renovation works and we require somebody with an eye for details and professionalism.  You must have a full driving license and preferably your own transport, however we can provide a van if required.
We pay a an agreed day rate depending on experience and qualifications.

What we do:

Extension and conversions projects
Full renovation of properties
Fitting bathrooms and kitchens
Fitting all types of flooring (wood, tiling, carpet, Lino…)
Decorating, painting and plastering
General repairs and maintenance of all sorts in and around homes.
And much much more…

Main responsibilities:

Building works for extension and conversions.
Kitchen and bathroom installations incl. Carpentry work.
Wooden floor installations
Decorating and painting and minor plastering works.

What skills and attributes do candidates require?

Extensive experience in the building and renovation trade.
Clean Drivers Licence
Focused and organised
Attention to details and a wish to achieve high level of quality.
Friendly, polite, courteous, discrete and display a real desire to accommodate client requests.
Drive and willingness to resolve problems efficiently.
Ability to interact with people at ease and work cohesively with them.
Willingness to learn how to use specialised tools and equipment within a safe environment.
Physically capable of moving equipment and materials.
Advanced DIY, decorating, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
Willingness to learn new techniques
