This position would be ideal for someone interested in becoming involved in the speciality coffee/food industry on a professional level. Brown and Rosie  is expanding and we are looking for people who want to come along for the journey!
We are currently looking for full-time staff with a strong appreciation for quality produce and warm hospitality.
The role will require energy and shed-loads of confidence as you will be working in a fast paced and fun environment as part of a supportive team.
Ideally you’ll have worked in similar food, restaurant or café environments before or you’ll simply have a passion for good food so that the basics come easily to you. We are open 7 days a week so being able to work flexibly is vital. Being able to talk confidently to customers about our food and flavours, including how we grow, bake, cook, raise our animals is important. Our customers care about good food, we'd like you to be able to hold a good conversation with them. You’ll also have a unique opportunity to work with people who truly enjoy what they do as well as the prospect of learning interesting stuff about our ingredients, our produce, our culture and what makes us special.
Requirements are as follows:
Must be able to use initiative, and is comfortable working independently.
experience with specialty coffee is favourable but not required.
