We sell Music, DVDs, Video Games and Electronics online through our various partners including Amazon, eBay, Priceminister, Rakuten and Fnac.
Your job will be to help provide the best possible service to our customers. Providing aftercare to our customers via email.
As an applicant you will have:
* Ability to speak and write English and Italian fluently
* Excellent Computer and Typing Skills
* Ability to write formal emails in a polite manner
* Previous customer service experience preferred, though not essential
