Hiring now for a full management team for a new pub opening in North London. We’ll have 20 taps of the best local and international Beers, a back bar to die for, and a great selection of wines. We have a great food menu of British dishes with European influences, and we are expecting our Saturday brunch and Sunday roasts to be particularly popular.
We are seeking a strong management team to get involved from the very beginning. We invite applications from those with General Manager experience through to those with strong supervisory experience who would be looking to start their first Duty Manager role. This is a fast expanding group with opportunities to progress presenting themselves every 6-12 months. We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
Excellent customer service skills, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere for customers.
Strong leadership skills and the confidence and ability to work in a busy environment
experience in the day-to-day running of bar and floor.
Ability to train other members of the team and ensure our service procedures are maintained.
Good knowledge of drinks products with both the enthusiasm to learn more, and the ability to teach others.
Ensuring consistency in drinks service and presentation.
Cellar management and beer line cleaning experience.
Beverage stock control awareness and management.
experience cash handling and with end-of-day procedures and reporting.
Computer literacy with good experience with Excel spreadsheets.
experience using Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop.
experience programming tills and use of back office software.
Great eloquence and eye for detail when promoting through social media.
