We need a talented and experienced Chef/Cook for our busy Cafe and Coffee Roastery in Hackney.
Our menu is 99% Vegan with the exception of eggs on one dish.
We get pretty busy so experience in a kitchen is obviously very important, being Vegan is not necessary but very helpful as we change the menu quite often.
Our dishes are mix of street and comfort food with emphasis on fresh and seasonal produce.
If you are applying for a part time position then you would need to do 2-3 shifts a week with one weekend shift as an absolute must.
You will rotate with the Full time chef/Cook.
I fyou are applying for the full time then 5 shifts are required with one weekend shift. You will need to do the ordering as well as putting together cleaning rotas and keeping all Hygiene paperwork up to date.
