The Fallow deer is a small but mighty independent cafe and bar set up in 2013 by mother deer and the fam. Specialising in great local seasonal produce, craft Beers, wines and tasty cakes made in our own kitchen. We serve big breakfasts, brunches and lunches to suit all tastes. We mix a mean cocktail on a friday night and a spicy hangover cure bloody mary for the next morning. We also run a monthly pop up supper club serving five course tasting menus.
We're looking for full time and part time front of house / waiting staff to come and join our team. experience in a fast paced cafe / restaurant / bar environment essential. Barista experience is a plus but not essential as full coffee training can be given as well as cocktail training. You'll need to be confident, proactive, Smiley and speedy with a great sense of humour and great customer service skills.
