We are a small but really busy sports , late weekend licence Bar operation on Beckenham High Street.
We are seeking FULL TIME STAFF AND POSSIBLY AN ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER AND PART TIME STAFF , possible live in option available.

Short and simple you must be motivated, energetic and be able to keep up the pace once it gets busy.
The position involves all aspects of bar work from serving customers, keeping the bar area clean tidy and organised, keeping the tables and floor area clean, keeping an eye out and informing door staff of anything they should be aware of, getting the complete bar stocked, cleaned and tidy before we leave late nights and finally deliveries and cellar maintenance. The work is fast paced especially and Christmas will be busy busy ! We do not do food or cocktails. If you are someone who has high expectations of themselves and will not get involved this is not for you. If you are someone who has ideas and can move forward, lets talk more.
Personal hygiene and self presentation is of paramount importance. We don't have a uniform but do expect staff to come to work clean, dressed appropriate and comfortable.
Previous experience is a massive advantage unless you are someone who can adapt easily and have a can do attitude. Ideally you will hold a personal licence.

All applicants must be fluent in English, and must have a National Insurance Number and a valid UK/EEA passport or full working visa.
Please remember this is Bar work which means our busy periods are weekends and late nights.
Now the reality check, you must have a clean CRB record and be able to provide references. Your first shift will be a trial for 2 hours to see if you are suitable and that you actually want to work. We check out all applicants including a full CRB appraisal, if you are lazy, get sick very often, require a cigarette break every 20 Mins and just think life is a big holiday please pass this advert by. Poor hygiene will not be tolerated, you will be working along side other people in a small bar ! Sorry this sounds a bit harsh but we are really fed up with people who do not want to work and do not wash but want everything for nothing.

Salary is all dependant on your experience but it is better than all the rest.
