Bar Backs wanted for Drake and Morgan’s newest Flagship Bar and restaurant, The Bothy, West India Quay
The Bothy will trade over two floors with a beautiful outside terrace, so candidates should also be used to a fast-paced environment where guest satisfaction is the key to success, it is also important that the team reflect the business which is laid back, informal.
We are looking to open on 3rd May 2022 so candidates must be available for training and induction from 18th April 2022
All applicants should have outstanding product knowledge, restaurant and/or bar experience, attention to detail and an ambition to redefine the service industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as we are looking for applicants who are able to interact freely with the team and delight customers in service.

The starting salary for this role is £7.50 per hour (review post three months’ probation) plus Tronc
