WANTED FULL TIME WAIT STAFF

We are a privately owned extremely busy gastro pub in Highgate Village, North London, Zone 3 on the Northern Line or a 15 minute bus ride from Camden.
(number 20 in the top 50 gastro pubs / Best wine pub in the country at the Great British Pub awards)
We are looking for full time wait staff to join our small, but effective team. You must have experience in really busy restaurants or gastro pubs. Minimum 2 years experience. You must speak fluent English and have good Banter.
We make all our food on site with a full brigade of chefs. We have a daily changing menu and an extensive wine list (no cocktails). In summer our two beer gardens are extremely busy. We offer table service inside and out.
£7.50 per hour with very good service charge.
The staff keep 100% of the tips, and they are allocated weekly through a tronc system. When you start you will be on 1 point which roughly equates to £2.50-£3.00 per hour, when you have past the staff test you will earn roughly £4-£4.50 and if you’ve been here a while or a real superstar you will earn £5-6 per hour. So with your hourly rate and tips you have the potential to earn £15.00 per hour.
Staff food is extremely good and you're fed even if you’re working a single shift.
Both tips and hourly wages are paid into your bank account weekly every Friday.
We have a low staff turn over as most people enjoy working here. It is busy, but at least you’re not working in some boring chain restaurant/pub group.
