We are looking for a chef de partie to join our small team of chefs. The Red Lion and Sun is an award winning gastro pub that is privately owned (not a pub company or chain restaurant). We make all our dishes on site daily and only buy the best quality ingredients. If you want to cook with quality ingredients and make everything from scratch (stocks, mayonnaise etc). We are extremely busy, so you must be use to a high pressure environment.
we have been in the Top50 Gastro pubs in the country for the last two years.
Starting wage is £21,000 + around £3,000 pounds service charge (£24,000) for 7 shifts. If you work over time you get paid for this also. Wages are paid weekly into your bank account (every Friday). Please forward your CV If you are interested.
