Fulham London Summer Au Pair Needed

Posted: 3 days ago
Place: Fulham, Greater London

Hello. We are a family of four with twins, a boy and a girl, who are very excited that they will soon be.
6. We are looking for a fun, flexible and independent au pair to join our family for some of the summer - we are relaxed as to whether you would like to stay for one month or two or three months. The most important month for us is August, but we are open to au pairs who would like to come for July and/or September as well.
About us
We live in Fulham in a very nice residential street close to the Kings Road. We are very near to shops, cinemas etc. There are lots of buses a couple of minutes away and our closest tube station is a 5 minute or so walk. My husband is out of the house during the work week. I do not work but have an active social life and enjoy keeping fit. We like to be out and about and also enjoy hanging out at home.

The children start their holiday from school in the middle of July. We will be predominantly London based in August with trips out to the pretty Cotswolds and Cornwall. We are near lots of parks and are a member of a health club a few minutes away. We are an active family - who like swimming, jumping on our trampoline and having new experiences. We tend to mix our time with playing at home, doing an activity most days and catching up with friends.
What we are looking for
We would like you to be someone who has au pair experience or experience of working with children and ideally of their age (6) and enjoys this age group. They love new people and we would like someone who really will enjoy having fun with them and help give them a fantastic summer holidays - going to the park among other outings and making up games and doing arts and crafts at home.

Available from 30th July to September 7th ideal – however just for the month of August would work and likewise we could extend to all of September and begin in July for the right candidate.
20-25 Hours per week
Flexible approach to hours - agree a week in advance working hours that work for both of us eg Monday, Wednesday and Friday could be 8am-12 noon; Tuesday and Thursday might be 4-8 pm and two nights of babysitting per week. Occasional half day work on weekends possible if open to it but not essential.
An active and engaged au pair who is prepared to play and have fun with the twins.
Cook and tidying  up their meals when working.
Drop and pick them up from any holiday clubs/activities.
Willingness to come on trips to Cornwall and Cotswolds in August;
