We are currently seeking a bright, outgoing and dynamic full-time receptionist (including some weekend availability) at a busy physical therapy clinic in Putney.
The position requires that the candidate not only represents the clinic as the front of house ambassador, but also acts as support to our team of medical staff. This is a perfect role for an individual who is looking for a reception position with additional duties. For the success of this role, the ideal candidate must be confident, personable and have a professional manner.
This pivotal role requires previous receptionist experience. Excellent communication and multitasking skills are necessary, along with a good level of numeracy and literacy. Fluent English (written and spoken) along with reasonable typing skills are also required. Core duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Screening and answering all incoming queries via phone and Outlook.
- Managing multiple online diary systems across various medical disciplines
- Taking payments and general administrative duties
**An interest in social media is highly desirable**
