We are a well-established and ambitious, family owned company in delivering fresh fruit and other produce to our corporate customers across London.
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join us who shares that same ambition that can deliver consistent results for our customers and has a great knowledge of fresh fruit products with experience of leading a team.
With the ability to handle pressure and an eye for detail and quality, you will take full responsibility for the packing of our fresh fruit, ensuring orders are met on time, in full and to the right customer specifications.
The key skills, personality and experience we are looking for include:

Knowledge of fresh fruits with experience of handling and storage.
The ability to manage a team and drive performance.
To encourage, motivate and develop your team.
To plan and organise time and resources.
Monitor and evaluate performance of team members.
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
To promote quality awareness.

Work Pattern: 5 Nights per week (Sunday to Thursday). Candidates must be available from 1pm on Sunday and from 6pm Monday to Thursday.
Salary: £22,000 - £23,000

Ideally, candidates will be based within an easily commutable distance to E14, London.
Candidates must be fluent in English, including reading, written and spoken.
Required licence or certification:

Full UK Driving License
Forklift Licence (Not essential but desirable)
