An exciting job opportunity has arisen to join Nobu Hotels first European hotel, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch. We are seeking a Front Service Agent to join the team at Nobu Hotel Shoreditch. If you are passionate about hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Located on Willow Street in the Shoreditch area of London, the hotel will feature 150 rooms including 7 Suites, an 80-seat lobby lounge and a 240 seat Nobu restaurant with outdoor courtyard. Additionally, the property boasts a 178 square metre event space with natural light, and wellness facilities. Unique to London, Nobu Hotel Shoreditch offers a blend of Shoreditch’s creative energy with Nobu’s ethos of simple luxury. We are a very established brand who can offer growth and development, alongside the opportunity to travel.
Key Skills
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain and improve the quality of the guest experience at all times.
Continue to help build and maintain a first-rate Guest Services team.
Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
Anticipate guests’ need, respond promptly and acknowledge all guest.
Coordinate group luggage requirements
Monitor and maintain the condition of lobby, hotel entrance and luggage storage areas.
Ensure that all pertinent information is documented in the log book daily.
Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities in order to respond to guest inquires accurately.
Transport luggage from time of arrival to departure to include room moves.
Correctly tag, store and retrieve luggage from holding room.
Show guest how to access the room with the key card.
Offer packing and unpacking services, explain laundry service.
Support the Front Office Manager and Guest Services Team.
