As Hotel Porter you will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:
·Welcoming guests to the hotel and dealing with their requirements and requests throughout their stay
·Assisting in answering the phones
·Responding to guest enquiries
·Entering reservations into the computer system
·Servicing conference rooms
·Assisting the housekeeping department with the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel
Our small boutique properties deliver the highest standards of accommodation and service. As such applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, dedication to their work and the desire to go the extra distance to ensure that standards are maintained and where ever possible guest’s expectations are surpassed.
We welcome individuality, creativity and enthusiasm. We require social confidence, honesty, reliability and personality.
Working 37.5 hours per week. 5 days out of.
7. A mix of early (7am-3pm) and late shifts (3pm to 11pm).
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK on a permanent full time basis and must have fluent written and spoken English.
