The Fitting Rooms is a friendly, family run, exclusive personal training gym in the heart of London Bridge, nestled just behind the historic Borough Market.
Exceptional customer experience is at the heart of The Fitting Rooms ethos and we are therefore looking for someone with five star customer service to join our front of house team.
You'll love a career at The Fitting Rooms, getting to know our clients as they stop in reception to tell you all about their day and how their training is going, as well as mixing with and learning from some of the very best personal trainers in London. You'll be the first and last point of call for The Fitting Rooms clients and responsible for ensuring they not only get a fantastic first impression but also ensure long term retention.
The job:
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold the Fitting Rooms brand values;
- Handle session bookings over the phone and in person;
- Process cash and card payments and record details;
- Aid in the opening and closing of the facility;
- Serve refreshments and supplements;
- Ensure changing rooms and gym equipment are always clean and tidy;
- Ensure stock is always Topped up.
Working Hours:
- We will be accepting applications for both full and part time positions.
- Full time: 35-40 hours a week, with flexibility required to work early and late shifts. -
Early shifts start from 06:15 and late shifts finish at 21:30. Alternate Saturdays will also be required.
- Part time: evening shifts only.
What we are looking for:
To be a successful Front of House Member you need to be smart in appearance and have the charisma and positive attitude to build instant rapport with our clients.
You must be able to learn new systems quickly and experience of the Mindbody booking system would be useful but not essential.
You must have a fantastic telephone and face-to-face manner.
