About us:
Market Halls is redefining the British concept of food halls. 2022 will see the rebirth of 3 abandoned iconic London landmarks into eclectic dining experiences. Our aim is to bring these unloved spaces back to life to house independent restaurants, street food traders, bars and centralised communal dining areas, providing customers with variety and quality.

Market Hall Fulham
- Spring 2022
Our first site is housed in the ornate Edwardian former entrance hall to Fulham Broadway underground station which has retained the original ticket office from 1880. It will open with 10 kitchens, 1 bar and a capacity of 180 covers.

Market Hall Victoria
- Summer 2022
We will transform the arcaded bays of Victoria's Terminus Place with their Edwardian Baroque exterior into 14 kitchens, 3 bars and capacity for 300 covers across 3 floors.

Market hall west end
- Autumn 2022
Market Hall's flagship venue will be situated just off Oxford Street in part of the former BHS building and will feature a mix of local producers, retailers, restaurants, street food vendors, 4 bars, event spaces and a demo kitchen. Market Hall West End is set to be the largest food hall in the UK and its opening will coincide with the pedestrianisation of Oxford Street.

We are fully funded and aim to open 12 sites across the country, including a further 3 openings in London to be announced in 2022.

Job Description:
We are looking for friendly, energetic and efficient FOH part time team members for Market Hall Fulham. You must be passionate about food and drink. As part of the FOH team you will be the welcoming face of Market Hall Fulham as well as responsible providing excellent customer care.
