Front of House Team Leader Wanted

We are looking for a friendly and confident team leader to join us in a busy workplace restaurant in Uxbridge.
The job.
You will be over-seeing a lively and enthusiastic team running a busy cafe serving our own bespoke range of freshly ground artisan coffees, alongside premium teas, juices and smoothies, together with a selection of snacks and hot and cold foods.
You will have shift responsibility for open and close routines including cash up, supervising staff, counter set up, handling guest queries and leading by excellent example.
You will be responsible for stock management, including ordering and monthly stock taking.
You will be responsible for ensuring our team meets the exacting standards of our clients in all aspects, from presentation, to guest service, cleanliness and efficiency.
What are We are looking for?
You need to understand what 5 star guest service looks like, how to deliver it and how to engage your team to meet these exacting standards.
You will have team leadership experience, and an ability to motivate and inspire those around you.
You will have solid food service experience and be able to share your knowledge to develop your fellow colleagues.
We are particularly proud of our own brand artisan coffee and so excellent barista skills would be of benefit, although we do provide full specialist training.
Relationship management is key to success in this appointment, you will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage well with front of house colleagues, the kitchen team and guests alike.
To thrive in this dynamic location, you will need to be organized, adaptable and able to roll up your sleeves to do whatever is needed.

• Excellent rates of pay and sociable working hours - £10.57 per hour, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift pattern between 7am and 5pm.
