Front of House Stewards and Supervisors, In the Night Garden Live

We are recruiting fantastic, friendly Front of House Staff to look after our audiences during their visit to the In the Night Garden Live (ItNGL) Showdome in London this summer!
Customer service is extremely important to us and your contribution will be crucial to the experience our audiences have at ItNGL. Ideally, candidates will have experience of FOH work in a theatre or event environment, but you must have some experience of customer service. You should be friendly, confident, numerate, a good communicator, good with people and be able to show initiative in dealing with customer queries.
Supervisor roles in the Front of House team are available, and we’re looking to fill these positions from the pool of Front of House applicants.
Dates and hours:
The show will be visiting both Blackheath and Richmond in London, and we are looking for staff with excellent availability to work at one or both of our these venues. Please have a look at the dates below, and specify on your application which venue(s) you would like to be considered for.
In Blackheath all staff will be required required for training on Wednesday 24 May 2022 and need to be available for work until Saturday 10 June 2022. Performances start on Thursday 25 May 2022.
In Richmond all staff will be required for training on Friday 16 June 2022 and need to be available for work until Wednesday 5 July 2022. Performances start on Saturday 17 June 2022.
On each performance day there are 4 performances at 10:00, 12:00, 14.00 and 16.00, so you will need to be available until 6.30pm each day. Shifts will vary and you will be given a minimum of 1 day off per week.
Fee and expenses
Pay for Stewards is £7.75 per hour and for Supervisors is £8.25 per hour, which is based on you working all of your scheduled shifts (if you miss a shift you’ll be paid £7.50 per hour).
