The Dynamo is a busy all-day cafe and restaurant with a love for cycling, good coffee and great food.

We are recruiting for:-

Baristas
Floor Staff

Offering a space for cyclists and non-cyclists alike, we serve the Putney community with fantastic coffee and unique food sourced with integrity from the best suppliers. We open early with awesome breakfasts for local residents and passing hungry cyclists.

Our beautiful bespoke Dynamo wood-fired oven then turns out sourdough pizzas from lunch until late into the evening, accompanied by a fantastic selection of small plates, salads and craft Beers.  Put this together with wicked tunes, great fun and most importantly, ensuring everyone who comes into the restaurant has the best experience possible and you’ve got The Dynamo.

Baristas
We are looking to build on our team with enthusiastic people and currently have vacancies for full and part-time Baristas.

You should ideally have an in-depth knowledge of espresso based coffees, coffee maintenance and can produce on demand, consistently detailed latte art whilst engaging with our customers.

The ideal barista candidate should meet the following criteria -
- Café experience in a quality coffee shops.
- Confident setting up grinders and adjusting the grind.
- Able to watch, weigh, time and taste shots for quality control.
- Able to texture milk and produce latte art to a high standard.
- A fun, positive and engaging personality with.
- Fluent English

Floor staff
The ideal front of house candidate should meet the following criteria -
- A fun, positive and engaging personality.
- Fluent English
- Constant initiative
- Will to learn
- Speed on the floor
- High cleaning standards
