Boutique Spa opened its doors to the public offering a luxury high street spa with premium treatments and high quality products at affordable prices.
Boutique Spa has fast become the go-to space for relaxation and indulgence for on-the-go Londoners. Realising the need for a service that would meet modern life demands of today’s time-short, over-worked society, Boutique Spa opened its doors few years ago in Queensway with an aim to provide men and women with a menu of treatments that use only the highest quality products which don’t cost a fortune and are available in an instant.
We require a strong and highly motivated FOH team at any of our 3 branches. The branches are Boutique Spa Queensway, Boutique Spa Fitzrovia and Camden Beauty Spa.
Full-time FOH member needed.
Must be able to work on weekends and in the evening.
Full time: Five shifts per week (different times, spa is open Mon- Saturday from 8.00am-10.00pm; Sun 10.00am-8.00pm); 40 hours per week.
Pay: £8.50 per hour.
Principle duties include:
• Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests upon arrival and selling gift vouchers.
• Assists in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area.
• Assists in administrative tasks including filing, and employee folder maintenance
• Create excellent experience for guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Help maintain cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room(s).
• Manage therapists
Positions requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Beauty spa experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests, and the businesses policies and procedures.
- Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management and co-workers.
- Able to work flexible days and weekends
