Brilliant Corners is a Japanese restaurant on Kingsland Road in Hackney, London. We serve Japanese Izakaya-style food, including sushi, sashimi, and tempura, alongside timeless cocktails, and a wine list comprising small scale, artisan wine makers. We also house one of London’s only audiophile sound systems, and each night of the week, a record collector selects music for the dining room.
Since opening in 2013, we have developed a loyal following of open-minded customers that comprise local residents, restaurant industry workers, and guests which look to Brilliant Corners as a an opportunity to take a high quality meal in an elegant but informal atmosphere.
Job Description
We are looking to recruit both full and part-time front of house waiters and waitresses.  We gladly welcome applicants with all levels of previous experience.

Essential pre-requisites:
* A distinct interest in or experience with Japanese food, natural wine, and/or music, plus the willingness to learn more;

* Good knowledge of hygiene, general intelligence and a love for food and culture.

* Humility, an eye for detail, and a hard-working temperament.

* Fluency in English
