Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our London team and are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the Front of HOuse Contract Catering Team at our office in the City of London.We pride ourselves in recruiting from the industry for the industry, so we are looking for a Hospitality professional to join our front of house recruitment team. As a recruitment consultant it is essential that all applicants are level headed, self- motivated, highly organised and able to work both independently as well as part of a team. Communication is essential, so the ability to form strong and lasting relationships with both candidates and clients alike is a must. Flexibility is key to success with hours outside of the typical 9-5. Candidates will also be required to still go out to work shifts from time to time. Front of House Recruitment Consultant requirements include:-Previous experience in a Hospitality/events environment, ideally up to management level -Excellent people, organisational and communication skills-Ambitious and driven team player-Flexibility and a can-do attitude-PC/administration knowledge/skills This is a commission based salary meaning that your earning potential is uncapped with also a generous rewards and bonus package. Evolve clients include high profile London hotels and restaurants, a portfolio of contract catering sites and a prestigious events calendar.
