The independent, intrepid and original choice for stylish cafes, staff restaurants and business hospitality; meetings and events in iconic venues; and contemporary dining rooms in visitor attractions.As the banqueting Porter you will be responsible for catering setup, keeping all BOH pantries well stocked, clean and organised, completing due diligence and serving food and bevergaes at events as necessary.
1. Will ensure all areas responsible for will be clean and tidy.
2. Follow all H and S procedures and administration.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Deliver catering requests within the allocated time.
Safeguard all equipment
Regular communication with duty Manager and supervisor.
