Who we are ?
Iris Theatre was created in 2007 to produce work at the world-famous St. Paul’s Church in Covent Garden. As a charity, beyond our core production and performance team, we rely on volunteers to help make our shows happen. Each year our pool of volunteers brings energy, commitment and life to our projects, and we are truly appreciative for all of their efforts. You will be able play an important part in our unique work by making a real and satisfying contribution.
Who we are looking for ?
We are looking for a team of Front of House and Box Office volunteers, perhaps with some experience in a theatre environment, to help out with our summer season shows – Macbeth and Hansel and Gretel. This will involve assisting and directing audiences, helping to stock and run the bar and handling ticket collection and sales. There will be an initial orientation and training session organised to introduce you to the role and then the shows will be allocated on a Rota basis.

The volunteer programme is very flexible and we can provide tailored opportunities to get involved which fit around your other commitments. This is a great opportunity to practice and Hone existing skills, learn new ones and work within a warm friendly environment towards a set of common goals.
