Front of House
Our Client has exceptional luxury 5 Star establishment based in Battersea with unrivalled service.
My client is currently recruiting for a front of house staff member to ensure that the highest level of service is delivered consistently to their guests. You will be there to provide a 5 Star outstanding level of service to clients that meet or exceed their expectations. This will involve maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring uniform is worn in the correct manner, keeping the work area clean and tidy and assisting clients and colleagues in a willing and positive manner.
• They have to greet all the guests and seat them according to their preference
• They have to see to it that the guests are comfortably
• They have to ensure that guests receive a 5 star service in the establishment and look immediately into any queries they might have
• They have to ensure that the Establishment is clean, for which they should inspect all around.
• They have to coordinate between staff and the Head of Department ensure that everything is in working order
• They have to enquire from the guests whether they enjoyed the service
• Work with EPOS system but no cash handling as everything is account based
experience/ qualifications required:
• Knowledgeable about food, bar, wine and barista
• Worked at a 4 or 5 star level
• Very high standard of English communication
• Confident, friendly and have professional approach
• Excellent communication skills in order to be able to make customers feel welcome
• Strong computer literacy to complete administrative tasks and good organisational skills
Location: Battersea
Salary: £9.75
Start Date: as soon as possible
Shifts: 10 hours shifts - 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on and 3 days off
