A Busy, Private, award-winning Clinic in the heart of Chelsea is looking to recruit a full-time Receptionist that is outgoing, friendly, and willing to be part of a highly motivated, helpful and exceptional team.
Required Skills:
- Confident and friendly nature with excellent written and verbal communication skills and
a polite telephone manner
-Proficient in using a computer
-Excellent customer services, communication and interpersonal skills
-Team player with "can do" attitude
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing a professional, efficient and effective reception service to all our customers and clients
- Greeting all patients and supporting all departments in ensuring all elements of the patient journey is completed
- Answering and directing incoming calls, replying to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Ensuring all reception systems are kept updated
- Responsible for ensuring the reception desk is run efficiently
- Responsible for booking follow up appointments
- Taking payments and raising invoices
- Opening and closing the Clinic
- Providing support and assistance to Consultants and Management if requested
- All ad Hoc reception duties
Hours:
This is a full time position working shifts between 7am – 8pm over 5 days a week. You will be required to work one Saturday a month
Salary:
£26,000 pa
