Front Of House/Receptionist For Private Physiotherapy Practice - 40 hours per week - Kensington - London.
We are seeking a friendly, polite and highly motivated receptionist, who has excellent customer service skills. We are looking for those who can truly build relationships with patients and oversee front of house operations, with control and confidence.

Kensington Physio and Sports Medicine was founded in 1992 to offer private physiotherapy services to the West London area. We have a well established team of leading and experienced therapists who thrive on patient progress in a supportive team environment. We are a forward thinking practice offering far more than just physiotherapy, including Pilates, rehabilitation, podiatry, sports physicians, screening and sports massage.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Enthusiasm, ambition and drive
• Confidence, and professionalism with a ‘can- do’ attitude.
• Proven ability to multi-task and maintain a flexible and organised approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A hands-on approach, and be prepared to lead by example.
• Exceptional attention to detail Responsibilities will include:
• Answering the phone and responding to email inquiries in a timely manner.
• Meeting and greeting patients
• Booking in patients via an on-line booking system.
• Administration tasks including letter typing, filing, payments and invoicing.
• Maintain the reception area and help keep the clinic rooms clean and tidy.
PREVIOUS experience as a receptionist is essential and you MUST have experience in using a computerised appointment booking system.
You will also have a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. You MUST be fluent in English and prior experience within a medical field would be beneficial.

The working hours are currently 40 hours per week, working a 5 day fixed shift pattern within our opening hours of 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday; 8am to 6pm Friday; and 8am - 2pm Saturday. Please do not apply if you are not prepared to work evenings, and Saturdays.
