Massis Lebanese Grill and Bar, an authentic, contemporary Lebanese restaurant based in Paddington are looking for an enthusiastic Front of House person with experience in building relationships. Our guests are everything to us and we want to make sure that have fully enjoyed their dining experience at Massis!
The main part of this role will be to respond to clients via email and phone, help develop new relationships with the restaurant guests as well as maintaining relationships with our current clientele. You will also be responsible for developing and establishing new relationships with the companies in the local area to increase brand awareness. Being the face of the restaurant during the busy service periods you will be required to meet and greet the guests while also assisting the floor staff when needed.
