We are a boutique Pilates and Fitness Brand with high-end studios in London and Milan, currently looking for a friendly, fitness passionate and enthusiastic intern to be the first point of contact for our buzzing Knightsbridge branch and jetsetter clientele.
The position is for an initial internship that will last for between 2 - 6 months, starting as soon as possible, but with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of it.
You will need to commit to hours between 8am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm weekdays as well as 8am to 2pm one day at weekends
Responsibilities:
• Meeting and greeting always with a smile existing and new potential clients as well as dealing with all enquiries and booking
• Engaging with members making sure ever client feels as happy, special and looked after as possible
• Sharing our love for life, enjoyable and results-driven fitness, luxe sportswear and healthy delicious food.
• Inspiring people to become more active therefore looking and feeling gorgeous and living a healthier, more glamorous and happier life!
• Promoting classes, memberships and sales at the studio as well as through newsletters, online and social media special offers
• Being the voice of the Vita community on social media to engage with it and grow it, being responsible for contents, photos and videos
• Being the face of the business and embodying our mission for a active and fulfilling life
• Ensuring studio is always looking at its best and at all times fully equipped with necessities and amenities
• Handling basic administrative tasks and updating excel spreadsheets
• Getting to grip with basic graphic designing and marketing material creation

Compensation details
£950 to £1250 per month depending on experience and hours worked plus potential commissions on sales and the additional benefits of free fitness training
