Our client is looking for experienced Receptionists for their hotels and serviced apartments.
Below are the job details
Job Responsibilities
• Demonstrate excellent Guest service at the front desk
• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Payment Handling and processing
• Answering telephone and email enquiries
• Providing guest of information on the local area
• Deal with guests requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner
• Assist guest with luggage whenever needed
• Concierge services
• Spot check rooms and apartments
• Daily coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance department
• Maximising sales by taking reservations by phone , email and face to face
Main responsibilities:
• Previous experience as HOTEL Receptionist is essential
• Knowledge of any PMS
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Second language is a bonus
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic approach
• Proactive approach to service
• Good industry awareness and ability to implement new standards
• Able to assist guest carrying luggage to/from rooms
Position available as soon as possible
Full time and permanent Contract
working in shifts including weekend and some times nights
Wages- Upto £9.50 per hour ( depending on experience) plus 28 days annual paid holidays
Performance related bonus
Applicants with Hotel industry experience will be preferred and also without work visa restrictions.
