We are shortly opening our first store near Liverpool St and and are expanding our kitchen team and building our first retail store team as part of that store launch. Which do you want to be in? You can be in both :)
Kitchen crew typically work 30-45 hours per week, Friday-Tuesday either day or evening shifts (no evening weekend shifts.) Our kitchen is in Shoreditch, E1. Kitchen Porter £7.50/ hr. Kitchen Assistant (junior chef) £8.25/ hr.
Retail crew will typically work Monday-Friday mostly daytime shifts (but some evening delivery shifts from the kitchen are available). We are looking for 2 Assistant Retail Manager to share the running of the store and also help with aspects of Kitchen and Delivery Operations. Assistant Retail Manager pay rates start from £8.25, subject to experience, with a pooled sales bonus on top targeted at roughly equivalent to a days extra pay. We are a fast growing business that will give you plenty of opportunity to take on responsibility at the Group level. In 2004 I founded salad bar chain Chop'd now at 17 stores, and am hoping we can take Hilo higher and faster.
