Ginger and White are an established cafe company, trading in North London for 8 years. We have built our reputation on delivering great coffee, delicious breakfasts, brunch and lunch and exceptional service to our customers.
We are looking for driven, experienced cafe staff to join our team who share our values and passion for delivering a top notch experience.
To apply, you'll ideally have at least 18 months' experience working in a similar environment and you must be able to show:
• great customer service skills coupled with some solid floor waiting experience
• the ability to focus and stay calm when things get busy
• the ability and desire to work well in a team
• an enthusiastic personality and a good sense of humour
• a desire to really look after our customers and go the extra mile
• flexibility: we operate more than one site all trading seven days a week and weekends are a part of the job
• full rights to live and work in the UK
Barista experience is not essential but would be a definite asset in the role. We are looking for someone with:
• a good understanding of espresso shot assessment and grinder adjustment
• the ability to texture milk and pour latte art
• a good working knowledge of UK coffee roasters and the London coffee scene
