Lina Stores established in 1944 is one of Soho's oldest Italian delis.  Lina Stores now opened its first fresh pasta restaurant on Greek street in Soho and continues to produce fresh pasta by hand daily at the Brewer street deli.

We are seeking an experienced fresh pasta production chef who will work Monday-Friday 5 days per week on a 46 hour contract.  The salary is £10 per hour. Experienced candidates who are extremely pass.
