We are a Swedish family living in Notting Hill looking for an experienced nanny / housekeeper to start in October. Since our current nanny is going to start studying. We have a 3,5 year old boy and a baby on the way, arriving in January.
The family are looking for the following in their nanny:
- Preferably we want a French native speaking nanny.
-You must speak fluent English too
-You need to live close to Notting Hill so you are fairly local
- You must have experience with babies - stages of development understanding, toilet
training, and age appropriate planning of activities etc.
-You need to be reliable, confident, patient, kind and energetic 
-The family would like long term commitment for at least 1 year but preferably 2 years
and for their nanny to grow and develop with them as a family 
- You need to be flexible and be able to work evenings and weekends and you need to
be able to travel with the family.
-You need to be good at taking your own initiatives and see what needs to be done. You
also need a lot of energy and patience and you are innovative when it comes to things
to do for our 3,5 year old.
-You need a lot of energy for our 3,5 year old but also feel comfortable to take care of a
baby, and off course both children at the same time.
-The parents are sometimes around as they are both freelancers and work from home
some of the time so they are looking for a nanny who is comfortable with this.
- You need to be confident to cook fresh, organic meals for the child and be
experienced in the kitchen cooking from scratch 
In regard to your duties, these would be: 
- cleaning the house while our son is at nursery.
- run simple errands and grocery shop, organizing flowers, taking deliveries, helping
managing the household.
- some ironing / folding and putting away
- leave our son at school 3 days per week 
- take him to the playground or playdates 
- speaking French with our children
- cook him lunch/ dinner 
- make sure his bag is emptied everyday and repacked for nursery.
- make sure his room and and bathroom is clean.
- occasionally cook dinner for the family
We are looking for someone who is professional, punctual, reliable, kind, honest and flexible
