Experienced, flexible, French OR Spanish speaking cook /housekeeper required for large family home in Notting Hill. The residence is home to a family of five which includes 3 children – 6 years 5 years and 3 years You must really enjoy working with children and be willing to participate in their care. Assist with getting them up and ready for school each morning and again after school with activities, playdates, homework and assisting with bath time.
The house has been beautifully designed with special finishes and fine fabrics. It is essential that you have an eye for detail, have experience in the care of special finishes and are used to working in a beautiful home.
You should enjoy cooking using fresh ingredients, be able to follow a recipe and feel comfortable preparing fresh and healthy meals for the family each day. You will prepare breakfast for the family, lunch for one parent and the youngest child and then dinner for the family.
You will join a domestic team consisting of a live-in housekeeper, daily driver and a tutor. Everyone works together and a team spirit is essential, the family and staff speak English, Spanish, French and Italian
The family spends summer holidays at their other home in Ibiza, and winter skiing- you will be expected to travel with the family.
Salary Negotiable depending on experience – en-suite bedroom with sitting area and staff kitchen. 2 days off per week. You will also be required to offer 2 nights babysitting per week which is hardly ever used.
